Deze heerlijke veganistische Worcestershire-saus heeft alle scherpe umami-smaken van traditionele Worcestershire-saus, maar is volledig visvrij. De geur en smaak zijn identiek aan de originele Worcestershire-saus, maar het combineert gefermenteerde shitake-paddenstoelen en zeewier in plaats van de traditionele ansjovis om de smaken na te bootsen.
