Een combinatie van verschillende zeewieren en sojasaus en miso bootst de smaak van vis na in deze niet-vissaus. geBruiken in plaats van gewone vissaus. Deze rijke saus zit boordevol umami-vibes en kan worden gebruikt in dressings, marinades of gewoon als dipsaus voor loempia's. kruiden.
