Trinidad Moruga Schorpioen Geel

Trinidad Moruga Scorpion Yellow heeft alle warmte van zijn rode broer, de Red Moruga Scorpion, maar de gele versie is iets zoeter en fruitiger. Een levendig mooie chilipeper, hij ziet er bijna identiek uit aan de Yellow 7 Pot-chili. Het heeft verschillende namen, van Moruga Scorpion Yellow tot Yellow Moruga Scorpion pepper en Yellow Moruga Chilli. Zijn heldere, prachtige gele kleur en smaakprofiel lenen hem voor sauzen met mango, papaja en ananas. Een zeer productieve plant, de Moruga Scorpion Yellow is een peperplant die tot 6 voet lang wordt.

Als je van echt heet houdt, probeer dan deze pittige peper, fijngehakt in een salade of in een marinade.
