We reisden naar Thailand om deze saus te leren maken. We kregen les van een Thaise chef-kok, ze legde de smaken en smaken en kruiden uit die de Thaise mensen dagelijks lekker vinden, genieten en gebruiken.
We hebben dit recept hier in het VK gekocht, zodat je kunt genieten van het echte Thailand. De Chilipepers die wij gebruiken worden in Thailand geteeld en voor ons geïmporteerd, dit maakt de saus des te authentieker.
