Tamarindepasta in gebruiksvriendelijke brede kuipverpakking - Geconcentreerd. Tamarinde is een zure vrucht die veel gebruikt wordt in de Aziatische keuken, van India tot in het Verre Oosten.

De zuurheid wordt op dezelfde manier gebruikt als citroenen, maar het heeft een diepere smaak en is zachter.

De hele tamarindevrucht heeft een schaal, een schil en zaden die het erg onhandig maken om te gebruiken. Deze tamarindepasta is echter glad en kan gewoon in maaltijden worden opgeschept.

Deze tamarindepasta bevat geen zout zoals veel andere tamarindepasta's, het is gewoon gladde, gepureerde tamarinde met een beetje water om het beter te laten vloeien.
