Scotch Bonnet Chilli Mash

De Scotch Bonnet Chilli heeft een hittegraad van 200-250.000 Scovilles (SHU). Dit is meer dan 50 keer heter dan je gemiddelde Jalapeno Chilli! Deze chilipuree heeft een chiligehalte van 70%. Het kan spaarzaam worden gebruikt in plaats van verse of gedroogde pepers voor verschillende kooktoepassingen. Na een fermentatiefase van 2 tot 12 maanden, behandelen en verpakken we onze chili puree voor uw plezier. Al onze producten worden in het VK gemaakt met behulp van pepers die afkomstig zijn van hoogwaardige Rwandese en Britse bronnen met volledige traceerbaarheid.
