Smaak Gember geeft deze chilipasta een speciale smaak en pit. Het heeft een warme, zoete en kruidige smaak en voegt een scherp aroma toe. Het smaakt heerlijk en tilt je maaltijden op met de prachtige smaken van Scotch Bonnet Chilli en Ginger.

Hoe pittig is het? Scotch Bonnet Chilli is niet de heetste chili ter wereld, maar hij is wel heet! Op de Scoville-schaal heeft het een warmteclassificatie tussen 100.000 en 350.000. Dit is tussen de 12 en 140 keer heter dan een Jalapeno. Gemengd met gember is deze pasta iets minder heet dan onze Scotch Bonnet Chilli pasta.

Hoe gebruik ik het? Dit werkt het beste bij vis- of varkensvleesgerechten. We raden 1 theelepel per portie aan. Je hebt niet veel nodig, een theelepel maakt een enorm verschil en geeft je maaltijden een heerlijk aromatische smaak. Als je durft, kun je het ook als tafelsaus gebruiken!
