Dit zout is een perfecte infusie van Naga chili en zeezout. Verse pepers worden gebruikt en gedurende een dag gedroogd met zout. Het is geweldig op biefstuk of karbonades om op te malen voordat je ze grilt of barbecuet, het is fantastisch op een zomerse salade of gewoon als alledaags keukenzout om de dingen aan tafel op te fleuren. Een chili zeezout met een zeer hete fruitige smaak. Het is een onmisbare specerij voor elke chilipeper!

80g Veganistisch en glutenvrij.

Ingrediënten. Zeezout 97%, Naga Chilli 3% (bij gebruik van 20% Dorset Naga Chilli tot 80% zeezout, restgewicht na uitdroging is 3%)
