De Woolf's Kitchen Jalapeño + Lime is een pittige en fruitige hete saus met een pittige hit. Deze pittige, pittige saus zit boordevol smaak. Perfect bij alles wat Mexicaans is (denk aan taco's, burrito's, chili, chips en dipsauzen, guac) maar ook lekker over falafel wraps, garnalen of gebroken avocado en gepocheerde eieren. Jalapeno en Limoen is Hitteniveau 3: Fierce Woolf.

Dominique Woolf (ontwerper van The Woolf's Kitchen) is half Thais en houdt van grote, gedurfde smaken. Als klein kind zweepte haar Thaise tante zowat alles op en goot zelfgemaakte sauzen. Zo simpel. Zo belachelijk goed. Ze zal nooit de ongeëtiketteerde potten met zoete, pittige, verse sauzen vergeten die haar inspireerden om The Woolf's Kitchen-assortiment te creëren. Ze werd niet alleen beïnvloed door haar Thaise afkomst, maar ze bracht ook grote smaken mee uit andere culturen. Geïnspireerd door haar reizen naar Mexico, India en verder. Fel, pittig en nooit een saaie mondvol, we denken dat je van ze zult houden. Zoals Dominique zegt: 'Join the Woolf pack!'.
