De Green Scotch Bonnet Chilli heeft een hittegraad van 150-250.000 Scovilles (SHU). Bij deze hitte is het meer dan 50 keer heter dan je gemiddelde Jalapeno Chilli! Deze chilipuree heeft een chiligehalte van 75%. Men kan het spaarzaam gebruiken in plaats van verse of gedroogde pepers voor verschillende kooktoepassingen.
