Giet deze heerlijke hete groene chilisaus eenvoudig over gekookte rijst, bonen, pasta en couscous. Gebruik als marinade, om te grillen, in stoofschotels en voeg toe aan roerbakgerechten. Of gebruik het op jouw manier en maak indruk op je vrienden en familie met de echte Afrikaanse keuken. Deze groene chilisaus is perfect met jollofrijst of pasta en volledig veganistisch vriendelijk. Gemaakt met behulp van pittige chili- en sint-jansbrood waarvan de gezondheidsvoordelen variëren van helpen bij het verlagen van de bloeddruk en cholesterol tot gewichtsverlies. Deze saus is gemaakt door Nki (uitgesproken als Inky) die opgroeide in het zuidwesten van Nigeria, Afrika. Haar tante was een uitstekende kok. Als klein kind herinnert ze zich dat ze elke zaterdag naar de markt ging om verse ingrediënten te kopen om lekkere sauzen te maken. Jaren later, toen ze naar Londen was verhuisd, merkte ze dat er geen Afro-Caribische sauzen verkrijgbaar waren in de schappen van de supermarkten. Dit inspireerde haar om het recept van haar tante voor Chilli Inc opnieuw te maken met verse ingrediënten. Haar sauzen - langzaam gegaard op traditionele wijze zonder kunstmatige bewaarmiddelen - geven je de smaak van Afrika!
