Onze gedroogde Naga pepers - worden geteeld en gedroogd in India. De machtige Naga Chilli komt oorspronkelijk uit Bangladesh. Het is nauw verwant aan de voormalige Guinness World Record-holding Ghost Pepper (Bhut Jolokia) - met een hitte van maximaal 1,1 miljoen Scoville Heat Units.

Deze peper kan spaarzaam worden gebruikt om sauzen, stoofschotels en soepen op smaak te brengen. Een beetje gaat een lange weg met dit pittige nummer.

Rehydrateer deze chili in warm water of vermaal het voor rubs, smaakmakers en zouten.
