Carolina Reaper is 's werelds heetste chili die tot 2,2 miljoen SHU (Scoville Heat Units) verpakt. Deze waanzinnige hitte wordt voorafgegaan door een heerlijke fruitige smaak.
Gebruik deze droge pepers geheel (als je dapper genoeg bent) of gedeeltelijk om een gerecht op te fleuren. U kunt ook de chilipeul pletten om een vlok of poeder te maken om aan uw kookkunsten toe te voegen.
