Onze pepers kweken

We hebben een hechte band met al onze telers en zijn erg trots om samen te werken met al onze leveranciers. Het zout dat we gebruiken is puur onvervalst zeezout, zonder jodium of antiklontermiddelen. De azijn is van een gevestigde Britse producent die ook in Hampshire is gevestigd. Appelazijn van topkwaliteit, vaak nog de 'moeder' van de azijn. Bovendien bevat het geen sulfieten of toevoegingen en is het fruitig en smaakvol. Bij 6% zuurgraad komen hier geen harde zuren voor.
