Deze heerlijke, vurige mix van onze Carolina Reaper Chilli Puree en een gastronomische, romige mayonaise zal elk gerecht zeker opfleuren. De perfecte balans tussen romigheid en kruidigheid, onze Carolina Reaper Chilli Mayo is de smaak van vurige perfectie.

We gebruiken het graag als dipsaus voor frites, krokante kipstrippers, halloumi-friet en gebakken aardappelpartjes. Het is ook geweldig op popcornkip!

Voor deze mayonaise hebben we vrije-uitloop eigeel en koudgeperste koolzaadolie gebruikt, wat niet alleen gezond maar ook lekker is. De koudgeperste raapzaadolie in onze mayonaise heeft veel gezondheidsvoordelen, waaronder een laag gehalte aan verzadigd vet en een evenwichtige verhouding van omega 3, omega 6 en vitamine E.
