Jalapeño and Lime

The Woolf's Kitchen Jalapeño + Lime is a feisty and fruity hot sauce with a zingy hit. This spicy, zingy sauce is packed full of flavour. Perfect with anything Mexican (think tacos, burritos, chilli, chips and dips, guac) but also great drizzled over falafel wraps, prawns or smashed avo and poached eggs. Jalapeno and Lime is Heat level 3:  Fierce Woolf.

  • Ingredients: Onion, White Wine Vinegar, Chilli (14%), Green Pepper, Lime Juice, Garlic, Rapeseed Oil, Demerara Sugar, Water, Sea Salt.

About The Producer

Being half Thai, Dominique Woolf (creator of The Woolf's Kitchen) loves the big, bold flavours. As a small child, her Thai auntie would whip up and pour homemade sauces on just about everything. So simple. So ridiculously good. She'll never forget the unlabelled jars of sweet, spicy, fresh sauces which inspired her to create The Woolf's Kitchen range. Not only was she influenced by her Thai heritage, but she also brought big flavours from other cultures.
